Every MesserSchere™ purchase comes included with a lifetime warranty. Simply file a claim with our online claims department and a customer service representative will be in tounch with you. The customer will be required to provide a picture of the broken MesserSchere™ and pay the shipping and handling fee for the new MesserSchere™.
